ARTLIA's art prints are produced according to standardized paper and canvas formats.
Depending on the aspect ratio of the original artwork and the chosen format, it may happen that the edges of the image are slightly adjusted to achieve a harmonious overall effect and high print quality.
For canvas prints, the ARTLIA team ensures that the main motif is placed as fully as possible on the front side. The side frame areas are continued in color and style to match the original image.
This is a deliberate and common production step with which the ARTLIA team ensures the aesthetic quality of each artwork.

Object description & interpretation
This artwork printed on a mug features one of our native forest dwellers. The wren is known to us from literature and music. Shakespear already wrote about the lively songbird and the wren was even known to the ancient Greek poets. The colors brown and green predominate in the picture. Thanks to its camouflaged plumage, the wren could easily disappear into the picture if it weren't for these leaves that form a great contrast to it. The coloring of the leaves suggests that we are already in autumn and the forests will transform into a sea of gold and red colors. Our wren is probably on the way to prepare his nest and be well prepared to survive the winter.
our recommendation
This artwork printed on the mug is ideal in places where people spend a long time, such as a waiting room or in the living room. The viewer feels transported to our local forests and nature has a calming effect.
